What Follower is
Follower is an editorial website: guides, reviews, comparisons and features for creators (and selected fan-facing topics). It is not a creator marketplace, subscription product, payment processor or account-hosting service for fan platforms.

Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for adults 18 years or older. Do not use it if you are under 18.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you access the Site.
Editorial information — no guarantees
Articles summarise public documentation, reporting and desk research. Platform fees, features, policies and availability change. We do not guarantee that any article is complete, current or error-free for your situation.
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice. Decisions about accounts, income, privacy and platform rules are yours. Re-check official platform terms and help pages before you act.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited (for example Wikimedia photographs with their licences), the Site’s text, design, graphics and Follower marks are owned by Follower or its licensors.

Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Attack, overload or probe the Site or related systems
- Scrape or harvest content at scale without permission
- Misrepresent affiliation with Follower
- Submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive material through the Contact form
We may block access or ignore abusive requests.
Third-party sites and platforms
Links to OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and other services leave follower.co. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Follower is not responsible for their content, availability or how they treat your data.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data and cookies is described in the Privacy policy and Cookie policy. Those notices control if they conflict with this page on privacy topics.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Follower is not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring mandatory consumer claims in your local courts where the law requires.
