The opinion describes customers exchanging money for Gold at 1:1, and a typical share near 35% to the performer and 65% to the platform on Gold transactions. The court record describes no payment simply for time spent in free chat, although performers can receive Gold there. The opinion also notes that the record is not clear on how or how much Streamate compensates performers for time spent in paid chat beyond sharing Gold-transaction revenue.

Confirm your live percentage and payout rules in the model center—contracts can differ from figures described in that record.
Illustrative math (hypothetical; 35% from the dated record): if a member spends $5.00 of Gold for one private minute and your share were 35%, you would keep $1.75 before payout-method fees and taxes. If your contract differs, redo the math with your percentage. That amount still needs to cover your time and other costs.
How it compares with Chaturbate. Chaturbate publishes a broadcaster conversion of $0.05 per token (convert tokens). That tells you the amount received per token, but not a fixed percentage of what every viewer spends, because token purchase prices vary.
